All our rental bookings within our normal trading hours include free transfers to and from Cairns Domestic and Cairns International airport terminals in our modern air-conditioned courtesy coach running from 4am to 8pm daily. Our system tracks your flight in real-time to enable prompt pickups ensuring you won't be waiting long. Check below for instructions relating to your arrival terminal.

Airport Pickup Instructions

Domestic Terminal

Collect your luggage from the carousels in the arrival terminal, exit the terminal through the end door past the carousels.
DO NOT CALL FOR THE COURTESY COACH UNTIL YOU HAVE COLLECTED YOUR LUGGAGE AND ARE READY FOR COLLECTION AT BUS BAYS 19 -25
Once ready AT THE BUS BAY 19 directly outside the terminal call 0488 535 171 for pickup.
Wait here for our BettaCNS branded shuttle. We are only 3 minutes from the airport.

International Terminal

DO NOT CALL FOR COLLECTION UNTIL YOU ARE STANDING AT BAY 1
After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, exit through the front doors of the terminal.
Turn left and head towards Bus Bay 1.
Wait here and call 0488 535 171 for pickup
Look out for our BettaCNS Airport Parking branded shuttle. We are only 2 minutes from the airport.

397 Lake St Nth Cairns Return / Depot Pick Up Instructions

At the end of your hire period simply return the vehicle full of fuel to our main depot at 397 Lake Street, Cairns North. Our complimentary courtesy coach will then transfer you to Cairns Domestic or International Airport terminal for your flight. See the map below for how to find us.
